🥇 Exploration along the Seaside of St Efflam, between Botany and Beautiful Houses by @anttn

On the first stretch, just across from the sea, there is a series of middle-class houses reminiscent of manor houses, and we wouldn't say no to spending a summer there, in front of the shore and with the possibility of going for a swim across the street.

🥈 Castle Heeswijk by @delishtreats

She enjoys castles as much as we do, so we took her to the Castle Heeswijk which is located only about 30 minutes from her home as she can't manage to sit in the car much longer anymore. She also asked my brother-in-law and his family to join us, so it turned out to be a big family event. Neither I nor my husband knew that they would be coming and we were surprised to hear our names being called from distance. When we turned around we saw our niece and nephew running towards us. I love them dearly, but spending all day with them is let's say challenging. But let's focus on the positive!

🥉 Adventures in the Lion City: Day 1 - A Whirlwind of Art, Nature, and Skyline Views by @itskareninamoi

Upon entering, we were greeted by the first attraction, Transcending Boundaries, where a stunning six-meter-high interactive waterfall serenely cascaded down the wall and onto the floor. I'd have to say this transcended my expectations. You know those places that make you question reality? That's the vibe at this museum. There is also a whole section that is more appropriate for kids called the City of Garden segment. We opted not to try the activities here and give way to the real kids. 🤣
