At the start of the video, I perform the classic "Box" trick. It looks like this:
box.gif
(gif made with Juggling Lab)

Box siteswap: (4,2x)(2x,4). It means, that trick consists of two parts:

  • (4,2x) - "4" means left hand throws the ball up to height 4, and "2x" mean than right hand throws the ball to another hand to height 2 (minimum height, horizontal throw).
  • (2x,4) - Now right hand throws the ball up, and left hand throws the ball back.
Parentheses mean, that two throws are executed with both hands simultaneously.

After several throws and catches, I start to perform a much harder variation of this trick. It also has siteswap (4,2x)(2x,4), but now hands with balls move to change position. So, if left hand above the right when ball caught, then it moves under the right hand, and vice versa.

It's very hard to calculate right timing to the coincidence of hands' position and the position of the falling ball.
