One ineresting thing happended today. there is a customer who received the goods due to the express.which is bad.
The fisrst things he did was to give a bad comment. and then he said a lot of bad woreds.which l can not understang:why does he think that the express company is our own?
Later, l called him and apologized to him,and then explained why the goods could be damaded.
Finally,l agree to give him a refund,and l hope he can delete the evaluation.he readly agreed.alao deleted the evaluation.but l hope he will send us the bad goods when he is free.and we will take charge of the freight.let is see what the reason is! he was angry at all at once,saying that the refund woud not be needed. l return the money to him .he turned the money back again.
L think he is really strange ,l can not understand anything else,but why would he feel bad about money?
