Today may just be an ordinary day but it is one of my favorite days in life. Nothing beats quality time with loved ones. Pizza time is quality time.
The weather was really so good although there were marks that it would be raining heavily later afternoon.
The sky was blue and dramatically cloudy. It was a perfect day to walk around my place. Today as I walked, I also spent quality time with my loved ones through a pizza time. And here is what has happened to my day.
When I was about to go out on the gate, I was really surprised to see that my flowers in the front yard were blooming. I was thinking that the color of the flower was only white the moment I planted it before, but I was very happy to see that there was also another color with a beautiful blend of white, red, and yellow.
I do not exactly know the name of these plants but my heart smiled the moment I saw them surprisingly. The variant was given to me by my Mother and it was given to her by our neighbor. Just like me, my beloved mother love gardening too. I was so happy seeing that the flowers bloom graciously.
While I was walking, the place was so calm and peaceful, and I only saw one motorcycle on the road.
Meanwhile, my phone rang. I answered it and it was my father who called me. He asked me if like to eat a home-made pizza because he wanted to buy a box for me. My father was accompanied by my cousins when they happened to dropped by one of the best home-made pizzas in town.
But then, I suggested that pizza is more delicious to be served hot and that I do not want to bring it home for I only wanted it to be eaten fresh from the oven. And so, he told me to go to Heaven鈥檚 Big Deal Pizza. I was happy to hear it because I was really very hungry after a walk. Good thing, I was heading North, so I could just be there after fifteen minutes.
After fifteen minutes, I arrived in the place and I entered Heaven鈥檚 Big Deal Pizza in Bukidnon, Philippines.
I saw the crew busy handling the orders. Later I found out when he had told me that he was once a classmate of my dearest sister, Erika way back in high school.
The place was so peaceful and it is a perfect place to hang out. I have noticed there were no customers other than us so I took the opportunity to take some pictures of the place.
I was looking for my father and my cousins, and when I went on the other side, I found them sitting down on a special area. I seated for a while and afterwards, I took a tour on the place.
This is my first time to be here. I have observed that this was once a residential house. The owner developed the place to become a pizza house.
It may be very simple but it is elegant. And I could truly feel the ambiance of a happy home.
I was even amazed of the hanging decorations all over the place. And this one is my favorite. This wind chimes has a very calming effect on my ears when the wind sway it.
I took a photo of the ornamental plants and everything inside the pizza house.
Meanwhile, the pizza was served. We ordered the Big Deal Pizza.
It has the thinnest crust pizza piled high with a copious amount of Cheese, seasonal vegetables, meat, beef, ham, and bacon.
My father was very eager to take a bite so he was the one who got a slice of it.
Perhaps this is comfort food for me. Pizza is my favorite. It feels like eating a very yummy pizza at home.
I have eaten my feelings gently, happily, and heartily through my comfort food.
We were enjoying the moment, talking memorable things while eating the yummy home-made pizza and a glass of lemon iced tea.
Honestly, I am excited for next time and I guess it would be another quality time.
Lastly, as I end my a beautiful day, a selfie was taken on my favorite pizza place. How about you? How was your day? Have you eaten pizza with your loved ones recently? Nothing truly beats a quality time with our loved ones no matter how simple it is. Perhaps it is something that is very precious and priceless. I must say that pizza time is quality time with my loved ones.
