This is a shot from my apartment in China. It is a cold and harsh winter with frequent snow and sustained gloomy skies.
The takeaway is that spring is around the corner and this is not my permanent residence. I would however add that the summer is long and very pleasant.
Interesting to note, the vast and endless mazes of buildings extend as far as vision allows, making it hard to believe that quite as many people even reside in these concrete jungles.
The place of expansion is rapid, with no end in sight. Nobody really knows when the bubble is to burst, but maybe it is a societal paradigm we are yet to be cognizant with.
