These tarts are awesome, and they are really easy to make. And take next to no effort, I made a smaller version of these as a starter for our Valentine's meal.

Tonight I got two large disposable cooking trays, and made two large ones. We had half each of one for dinner tonight with mashed potato and Sweetcorn. We will save the other one for another night.
