Hey Market Friday peeps! I very rarely go to a shop of any kind so I always miss Market Friday, but today I saw someone talking about an online purchase so I figured I could do that too! :) I actually bought a treat for myself in this order, in that I got a new comb:
As you can see, my previous comb had a bunch of broken tines, so I bought a new wooden comb for my hair. Using combs and brushes that are made of wood, bamboo, horn, or bone is better for your hair in that it breaks less and has less static. Since I have very fine hair and live in the high desert, I used to definitely have a lot of static when I used to use plastic brushes and combs, and I have really noticed a difference since I switched! The old comb you see here is made of horn. It was quite nice to use but broke easily, as you can tell. Hopefully the wooden one lasts longer.
What else was in the order? Cat food. Always cat food. 😺
Gotta keep the divine felines fed, you know. :)
So there is my first Market Friday post! One of these days I'll actually go to a real market and take photos. I only shop for groceries a couple of times a month usually and don't really shop besides that. 😅
