Anyone who has done any kind of computer support for work has encountered these people. They exist in all companies. I bet most of you reading this fall into one or more of these categories.
The Know-it-All
This is the guy that thinks they know how to fix every problem. They are the ones who want to tell you how to do your job. They are usually wrong four out five times and end of making things worst. They think just because they helped their grandma get email they are an IT guru.
Know-Nothing-at-All
This is the person who can barely function with a computer. They know how to use one or two programs but are clueless about everything else. They won't even try to learn anything else. They are not interested in learning how to use the full power they have then wonder why their co-workers are moving ahead of them.
The Whiner
This is the guy who is constantly crying about every little think that happens. Ninety percent of the problems are caused by them put instead taking 60 seconds for a google search they will sit there and just cry and call you. I don't expect you fix something but at least be able to tell what hell is wrong.
The Destroyer
This is the guy who constantly breaking their machine. They don't undertand that the laptop is not indestructable. They crack they screen, keys are missing or battery is taped in because they broke the clip. The always want a new machine because their's isn't working right. These are usually the sales guys. They think sense they are the bringing in the revenue it doesn't matter how they treat the equipment.
Butt-Kisser
These are the folks who like to buddy up with you so they can better or faster help. They are ones always trying to get something 'extra' from you. They are mostly harmless because they never won't to make you mad at them which I like.
Hope you enjoyed this. I know there are some I left off, let me know who you are I mean who they are.
