What you start impulsively seems to stop soon or not to continue long. Why cannot it to be a wheel that doesn't retreat? What is understood as emotion and simple knowledge is understood but seems to be confused at times. In the end, Both cannot become a brightly illuminating lamp of wisdom. (Book1 167)
The difference between knowledge and wisdom is clear. The latter does not disappear. It's nature is clear and that it illuminates, or reveals like a lamp that dispels darkness so that objects may be seen. Everybody has, but hidden by non-virtuous emotions such as hatred, greed, and ignorance.
