能脫俗便是奇 作意尙奇者 不爲奇而爲異 不合汚便是淸 絶俗求淸者 不爲淸而爲激 (前 169)
If you can escape from secular inside the secular, you are an extraordinary person. A person who intentionally behaves like a geek cannot be an extraordinary person but just a strange fish. If dirt does not mix, it is clean. A person who cuts off the world and seeks cleanliness on purpose is not a clean person, but just a radical person. (Book1 169)
