I used to think confidence meant being loud, fearless, or having everything figured out.
But lately, Iβve realized confidence can also look like this β smiling softly, feeling comfortable in your own skin, and no longer needing constant validation from everyone around you.
Being a recently graduated psychologist has changed the way I see peopleβ¦ but especially the way I see myself. Iβve become more aware of my emotions, my limits, and the importance of protecting my peace.
Some days I feel unstoppable.
Other days I feel sensitive and thoughtful.
And honestly, both versions are still me.
Iβm learning that healing and growth are not about becoming someone else.
Theyβre about finally feeling at home with who you already are.
And little by littleβ¦ I think Iβm getting there.
