Splinterlands art contest!!
Hello everyone!! In this post I will show you my drawing for the splinterlands art contest step by step!! I drew the 5 legendary monsters, Scorch Fiend, Torrent Fiend, Fungus Fiend, Corpse Fiend, and Soul Fiend.
So, this is the finished drawing. And now I will show you the steps, so keep reading!
So, the first thing I did was to draw my first legendary fire monster, Scorch Fiend. I first started drawing his head as a starting point, then I drew his body and his arm. When I finished that I drew his feet and then I drew his details, which are the lava and his eyes.
The second monster that I drew was the legendary water monster, Torrent Fiend. So, I also started with his head first, after that his body including bones and those things that looks like organs, then I drew his fins and his tail. Lastly, I drew the water that came out form his mouth.
The third monster that I did was the legendary earth monster, Fungus Fiend. So, as always, I started with his head, then his body. After that I started drawing his hands and feet. When I finished that, I drew all the details, which includes mushrooms, plants, and little flowers.
So, the fourth monster is the legendary death monster, Corpse Fiend. So, as you know, I drew the face first, then his body, arms and feet. At last I drew his bones and the circle in his hands.
At last, I drew the legendary life monster, Soul Fiend. I started with his head, then his body, hands and feet. After that I did the marks that are in his hands and feet.
When I finished drawing I colored the monsters. I first started coloring the Scorch Fiend. I colored his lava with yellow, orange, and red. Then, I colored his body, head, arms, and feet with blue, and then added some black in top of it. At last, I colored the circle in his back with yellow, orange, and red.
For the Torrent Fiend, I colored his head, body, fins and tail with a light blue. Then, with purple, I colored his organ, in the last part of his organ I colored it with blue. Then, I used a blue to color the water that came out from his mouth. After that, at the center of his fin, tail, and at the first part of his organs, I colored it with orange. At last, I used purple, yellow, blue, and a light blue to color the circle in his back.
For the Fungus Fiend, I colored his head, body, arms, and feet with brown. For some part of his body, and at the last part of his hands and feet, I colored it with very black brown. Then I colored the herbs in his body, and hand with a light green. After that ,I colored the paper-like things with a light purple, and colored the mushroom and flowers with red. At last I colored the circle in his back with green.
For the Corpse Fiend I used purple to color his body, arms, and feet. Then I leaved the bones and his armor in white. After that, I colored some part of his mouth with red, his eyes with purple, blue, and yellow, and then used blue and a light blue to color the circles in his hands. At last, I used blue and a light blue to color the circle in his back.
For the Soul Fiend, I used yellow and orange to color his eyes, mouth, the thing that is in the middle of his face, and the marks in his hands and feet. Then I used a light grey and a light blue to color his whole body, head, hands and feet.
