We continue making progress in the Modern format and reach Silver II before the season ends + Cards - my progress in Splinterlands.
Hi everyone! I had been focusing on the Frontier format for a while, setting the Modern format aside for a few days. Even so, I recently went on a winning streak in this mode, allowing me to climb a few ranks and earn some interesting rewards; so today, I’m going to share how my progress has been going.
Hola a todos, tenía rato enfocada en el formato Frontier que habia dejado unos días de lado en el formato moderno , aún así hace unos días tuve un momento de racha de victorias en este modo por lo que pudimos subir algunos rangos y obtener algunas recompensas curiosas por lo que hoy les compartiré como ha estado mi avance .
To start off, we focused on climbing the ranks, but—as I mentioned in previous posts—one of the things I knew would make it harder for me was having few cards for this type of format; nevertheless, reaching Silver III was the first milestone we achieved during a night where I really threw myself into the game.
Para empezar nos enfocamos en subir de rango pero como dije en post anteriores un de la cosas que sabía haría que me costara más era el tener pocas cartas para este tipo de formato sin embargo llegar a silver III fue lo primero ue logramos en una noche donde me metí de lleno .
Among the rewards, we got two types of chests—something that really got me excited, as I thought there might be a card inside. However, we only got potions (for trying to get a legendary card) and scrolls; I know what the scrolls are for, but I haven't put them to use yet.
En las recompensas obtuvimos dos tipos de cofre cosa que me emociono bastante, y pensé que tendría alguna carta , sin embargo solo obtuvimos pociones para intentar obtener algún carta legendaria y pergaminos nos cuáles ya se para que se usan pero aún no lo pongo en acción.
After that, we kept the winning streak going with a few battles—some of which I honestly don't even know how I won, haha—especially since I’d been on a losing streak in Frontier, which made me focus even harder. Still, we pulled it off; after a match that felt pretty tight, we reached Silver II.
Posterior a esto seguimos con la racha de victorias con algunas batallas donde admito incluso no se cómo gane jaja ,y más porque tenía una racha de derrotas en frontier ppr lo que me enfoque más todavía . Aún así lo conseguimos luego de una partida a mi parecer reñida llegamos a Silver II
Since there were more chests for these rewards, I naturally hoped to get something good; we even used the potions we had obtained earlier to boost our luck.
Para estás recompensas al ser más cofres obviamente teni en mis pensamientos que tendría algo bueno incluso aprovechamos las pociones obtenidas anteriormente para darnos más suerte .
But it seems luck was on our side regarding victories, so we obtained even more potions—and I’m certainly not complaining, since I’ll obviously put them to good use—as well as two cards, one of which we had already discussed previously.
Pero al parecer la suerte estaba solo para las victorias por lo que obtuvimos aun mas pociones (que no me quejo porque les daré un buen uso obviamente) y también obtuvimos dos cartas , de la que un de estas ya habíamos hablado anteriormente.
The other card is Cullborn Revenant (Undead), a Fire-element card with 5 mana, 1 armor, 2 health, 2 speed, and 2 magic attack. We obtained 3 copies of this card.
La otra carta es Cullborn Revenant (Undead) la cual e de elemento fuego y posee 5 puntos de mana , 1 punto de armadura , 2 puntos de vida , 2 puntos de velocidad y 2 puntos de ataque mágico . De está obtuvimos 3 copias .
Finally, there is a card I’ve been using in the Modern format—but hadn't shared yet—called Stampeding Calf (Ulund). It is a Water-element card with a mana cost of 3, 3 health, 1 speed, and 1 melee attack. I have to say, I find this card really fun, largely due to its adorable baby hippo design.
Ya por último tenemos un carta que eh estado utilizando en este formato moderno y que aún no había compartido y es la carta Stampeding Calf (Ulund) la cual es un carta de elemento agua y que posee 3 de mana , 3 puntos de vida , 1 punto de velocidad y 1 punto de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y debo de decir que se me hace muy divertida está carta por su diseño de hipopótamo bebe tan tierno .
So anyway, this is part of my progress in the Modern format. I have to admit I’ve tried to climb the ranks but have been a bit stuck; still, I’ve got some new cards that I hope will give me the power to make headway in this format, and I’ll share them with you soon.
