Mr Charles was known in his town for his friendly and organizational skills which got him the role of the superintendent. He became more dedicated and was responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the towns buildings ranging from schools, churches, health centre,library.
He never took his job for granted he made sure that everything he touches turns to gold. From repairs and maintenance, keeping every buildings in good shape making the inhabitants of the town to be in a safe and clean environment.

Words spread all over the various neighbouring towns that Mr Charles was not just a superintendent but a good one at that who takes pride in his job and he is ever ready to give you the very best.
One of the neighboring towns who has heard about Mr Charles and how effective and organized his job his,decided to ask for his assistance. Due to his kind heart he couldn't say no to their request and he was made a superintendent temporarily pending on when they will get a perfect person for the job. He swung into action assessing the buildings and identifying the pressing issues that needs to be dealt with immediately. With his exceptional organizational skills and attention to details, Mr Charles efficiently conducted renovations and repairs.
The town's chief thanked him for his tremendous effort not for the renovations alone but for helping the town's people with little repairs here and there. He was well appreciated by the town's people and he got back to his own town.
Months went by, the neighbouring town couldn't get a superintendent as efficient as Mr Charles so the town's chief had to invite him over to have a discussion with him. This time, they were offering him a permanent position as a superintendent in their town. He couldn't turn down their request because of his kind nature and his liking to the town's people. So he agreed to shuttle between his town and the neighboring town while still offering the best of his skills.
