How safe is Cycling in South Africa & Police Case Update | DTube Video

I started cycling almost two years ago and most of the + ten thousand kilometers I’ve done was on roads here in South Africa. I share my personal experience with you in this video, but the truth is that if you ask others cyclist in the country what they think they will tell you the same.

The crime in the country along with motorist who don’t respect cycling on the road, makes it very unpleasant to be honest.
I think it is still worth it to come here for a few weeks’ maybe even months and explore some of the beautiful places here on your bike. It is just not a country I would like to live in permanently in the future.
There are many other great places in the world to cycle that are a lot safer.
