Winter has arrived here in South Africa! Today was the coldest ride I have done in a very long time... definitely in 2018. But they say there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing choices!
This is my first proper ride since the Cape Town Cycle Tour last weekend.
I have to say my legs are finally starting to feel good again after the race.
I won't do to many hard efforts the next week but I think on Saturday I'll have a crack at one of the popular Strava segments in the area.
