This is a fairly simple kitchen island build made with a 2x4 frame and finished with oak plywood and trim. My landlord's budget was tight after buying the granite countertop for this and the rest of the kitchen, so this was a very bare-bones type of build without any extra storage or anything like that inside the cabinet. This means that it's a very approachable build, both in budget and in skill level needed to duplicate!
