Good day, my fellow gardener. It's a beautiful evening, and I'm so happy with the yielding of these soya beans in our farm. Last year, we had a small harvest, probably because I think we planted it very late. But for this year, we got it right on track, and basically, it was around the middle of June. Timing in plantation is very important because, like... Look at how these soya beans are just growing. I think we will have a bumper harvest this year. Why will you take this time to talk about soya beans? Well, you can't blame me. You'll do anything for what you love. We use the soya beans to make two things only: the soya milk and what we call Awara. It is gotten by removing the chaff after grinding and intensive boiling. The milk left can be consumed or pressed together and fried to produce Awara. I love it a lot. I call it meat without bone. And of course, it's a pretty good name, and it fits it because if there is no meat, just spread it on your rice, enough stew, and take off. You will enjoy it. It's unfortunate that these are just the growing plants, and I'm already talking about the end product of it, so I would make a post about the whole process when we finally harvest them. El a帽o pasado tuvimos una peque帽a cosecha, probablemente porque creo que las plantamos demasiado tarde. Har谩s cualquier cosa por lo que amas. Usamos la soja para hacer solamente dos cosas: leche de soja y lo que llamamos Awara. Se obtiene retirando el salvado despu茅s de molerla y hervirla intensamente. La leche que queda se puede consumir o prensar y fre铆r para producir Awara. Me encanta mucho. Yo lo llamo carne sin huesos. Y, por supuesto, es un nombre bastante bueno, y le queda bien porque si no hay carne, simplemente ponla sobre tu arroz, con suficiente guiso, y disfruta. Te encantar谩. Es desafortunado que estas sean solo las plantas mientras est谩n creciendo y que yo ya est茅 hablando del producto final, as铆 que har茅 una publicaci贸n sobre todo el proceso cuando finalmente las cosechemos.
