Alfred Austin: "The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature. To nurture a garden is to feed not just the body, but the soul."

Good day, Hivers!! ☀️

I always share my plants by kind. Today, I'd like to share almost all of them. Yes, almost... because some weren't healthy and their leaves were slowly drying out. It may be because of the intense heat nowadays. Some of my roses also withered. Some have severe bug bites and damage.

Here are the orchid stands in front of my mom's house. We added a few more bamboo stands to cater to the growing number of orchids we have.

Now, there are around 20 orchid stands in this small space. A few stands have flowers, and most don't. Here's the type of orchid that I don't usually share because it rarely blooms. This is the dancing lady orchid. It blooms in clusters. There are usually 15-30 tiny yellow flowers in each cluster. But the new blooms only have around 10.

here are the rest of my Orchids.

Some have bug damage, but others are looking good.

And here is what's left of the roses. We only have a few pots left. My coral rose withered a few weeks ago, but my small red and pink ones are looking good. Though they just started to bloom again.

My Aglaonema Tricolor is looking so pretty as usual, same as the Aglaonema Snow White.

Our crotons seem to love the sun and are unbothered by bugs. We trimmed the lower branches so it would grow tall and not look like a bush.

I still have lots of plants to show, but I'll reserve them for my next blog. My hibiscus are not looking good for now; I hope they'll thrive and bloom beautifully again.

Caring for these plants has never been easy. I show most of the successful and healthy plants I have, but behind those pretty photos are dull and dry plants I tried to revive. I was successful reviving some, but others were unlucky. Having dead plants is worse than a heartbreak 😂.

One of the things I learned from gardening is to never stop planting. I may have lots of empty pots today, but they will be filled with hope tomorrow.

That's all for today. Thank you so much for stopping by.
