We have a ton of natural parks, only Gerês is a national one. I believe the distinction between natural and national parks has to do with the degree of scientific interest of the region and the characteristics of the ecossystem, fauna and flora; national parks are more important areas. I think there's even european legislation about the distinction. Practially speaking... we just want the outdoors, national or natural ones! ;)
