Slow and steady wins the race... right?
Well, I can say I'm in a race, but just one to reach my goals! And it's crazy to think how close I am to reaching them. Last months was my 5th year hiveversary, and from day one I think I can say I've been pretty consistent in my interaction with the blockchain and the community. When I started here, 500 Hive seemed an almost impossible goal, and as time passed by...
| Jan 2023 | Last Month | May 2023 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| HP | 8500 | 9299 | 9502 |
| LEO | 1064 | 1318 | 1372 |
| HBD | 735 | 956 | 1022 |
I'm soooo close to finally reaching 5-digit Hive Power; 95.02% to that goal, to be more precise! I will push hard to see if I can reach it in the next couple of months.
And I've already reached another of my goals, 1k in my HBD savings!
I've used part of my HBD savings last year, but considered it a very well spent money: it was used to pay for my first Hivefest! And today, just found out where is Hivefest taking place this year: Mexico!! If you haven't already. check out the official post here! Hivefest was one of my last year's highlights: having the chance to put faces to names, create new friendships, and learn about all the different projects first-hand is an amazing experience! It will be very hard for me to attend again this year, but I'm not excluding it 100% for now. Let's see what the future will bring!
In the meanwhile... keep growing is the way! I will reach my goals soon, but they're just a passing point, not the finish line. Reaching minnow status was the first one of my goals here (a looong time ago), and at that time, reaching dolphinhood seems impossible; and now, I'm close to doubling that number.
As someone pretty wise said one day, it always seems impossible, until it's done. 馃槈
