The last weekend we had wonderful warm weather (44 degrees F). Much of the snow we received last week was turned into water and Papa Bear had a lake in the backyard.

However, winter temperatures returned and only 12 hours later we had a skating rink in the backyard instead of the lake. In the photo below you see a light snow covering the ice.
