The wind is serious stuff here again today and I didn't know what I would get when we went out. But I love challenges.

A peaceful and relaxing Sunday to all and let your dreams fly high like the birds.

Up above in the first picture is a Jackal Buzzard scouting for prey. Most of the smaller birds are flying low to avoid the wind and it's not easy to get them on camera. But I took the shots that I could get and didn't do too badly. You can be the judge here.
So come and see.

Weather conditions were a wee bit haphazard for photography purposes.

Here below we have a family of European Starlings.

A Malachite Sunbird in flight while his missus below was having lunch.

And as the Malachite landed he chirped his single note song.

The mom of the baby sunbird also had to cling to the branches in the wind.

Come rain or shine, there are always photographic opportunities available and one only has to bear the brunt of the weather's tricks.
This spelling/grammar correction checker is really stupid as they want a comma after the word "available". I know they will say it is because of phrases, but I make my own phrases:)
Any case, action is always high in the strong winds and I enjoy the obstacles that the weather presents at times. It is dreary to always have the same go out and click and fun should always form a part of it.
Just my own way of looking at things.

I hope you have enjoyed the photos and the story.

And That's All Friends.
