We had to wait for the sunflowers to open and today I got them.
I posted before when they were planted and a short walk on the farm today brought us much joy. So, I decided to do this post in the #wednesdaywalk community managed by @tattoodjay
So scenic to see these beauties in the farm at the mountains surrounded by the silence and the peace of nature. One can sit here relaxed and banish all of the troubles of this world from ones mind. Slow breaths of the fresh mountain air and the majestic colors stir a deep restfulness in one's soul and all is well.
But now hold on, as we met with this scene at the entrance to the farm.
The cow mother on the left seemed to be challenging the cars to dare go near her two babies. Thankfully the cars had stopped, else there could have been some big damages and many tears.
I waved the traffic officer along to go and clear the road of the pedestrians :)
This is my sunflower wife and you can see the sunflower behind her bending over to try for a kiss.
This group of people bent over to look at me sitting on the ground.
Finally, I ended the post with a new batch of sunflowers that will, in a couple of days, also be looking around on the farm. We will soon go there again to bring you photos of the new ones, but for now I have enough photos for about 4 or 5 posts. There were also other sights on the farm and I was lucky to get a few.
I love the mountains and the white clouds in the blue sky certainly enhance their beauty such as this below.
There is an abundance of nature's scenes on the farms in our area and they are all very popular with travelers. You can see the reason why in the photos here and I haven't even touched on the wine making side of many of these farms. Maybe I will again do a feature post of the wine making process. But for now let me stick to the sunflowers.
We hope you have enjoyed the post.
And That's All Friends.
