Little Tommy was freezing this morning!
The weather forecast is for snow today on the high mountain peaks and I have never filmed advancing snow clouds. I have to say here that the early sunrise was very unusual with cloud streaks all over the sky and I think that in future I should be able to read the signs after the lessons today.
Let's have a look.
At first let me show you the clouds at sunrise!

Here we go as the temperatures started dropping!
Do you see the Scorpion in the sky?
Rapid winds whispered icy messages down my spine!
Blue clouds amassing on the mountain tops!
Of course the blue was icy snow clouds!
Here I will leave you with a heart for all of our friends!
My nose started running and my fingers were numb, as they wouldn't listen to my commands to click the camera anymore. But at least I can now begin to understand the signs of a snow storm. It was really a great experience and a first for me.
Up north where we come from, snow is a very rare occurrence in winter due to the hotter temperatures, but down south here it's a yearly event. Especially on the high mountain peaks and for us imports it's a sure novelty.
It is now nudging 10 degrees Celsius here and the night is sure to get colder, but hopefully in the morning we will awake to pure white mountain tops.
I am so looking forward to get some lovely snow capped mountains.
