Little Robbie the Robin appeared right below me and something had taken his attention. But what could it be, as there are no worms in the paving, He obviously spotted something and I watched him.
In my previous post Here I showed you how not to work and now nature will show you how to work.
Oh Look! A spider appeared and would he perhaps be poisonous?
The spider crawled out onto the paving.
I was busy on a ladder and working on the gutter when I filmed this story.
Now look what happens next.
Little Robbie is a sharp character and he didn't pick the spider up to kiss him. One bite here.
And a second bite here as the spider was still moving, but note that Robbie's beak was perfectly placed to kill the spider.
And then, mysteriously the spider flew away.
Only joking as the spider flew straight into Robbie's stomach.
Robbie and Ruby are two Cape Robin-chats (Cossypha caffra) that live here in our garden and they have become so used to us that they call Marian when they want dried worms.
So yes, Robbie did the job excellently here and there will be no comebacks. We have learned in the trade that if you don't do a job properly, then don't do it at all, as comebacks destroy the profits and a concern is the client losses.
Nature shows us the perfect ways to work.
