Look how angry Mr Robin is, as his worms are gone!

This post is done in two parts.
Part 1. Robin, the accuser and me, the innocent.
Part 2. The worm thief.

We feed the birds wild bird seeds and the insect eating birds get dried Mealworms.
The birds are all in good health and we gave an extra helping today as a gift as the 1st of September is the official Spring Day in the Southern Hemisphere.
But someone else was also eyeing the extra helping!

This is what it normally looks like!

But as you can see, there's no worms now!

Accusingly he kept on looking at me!

Of course he searched everywhere, but nothing!

Part 2! This happened earlier.

And what would Squirry be doing here?

No, no, no, he is going for the mealworms.

Squirry is not a guy that is satisfied with only one, or a few worms!

No, squirry finishes the whole lot!

As you can see him here chowing the last one!

And then of course squirry was happily on his way having enjoyed the Spring bird fest and he left me behind to face Mr Robin.
Yes! I was framed by squirry and my reputation was ruined. I really felt like the original Papillon that was also innocently convicted.

But thankfully Lady Marian came to the rescue, as she replenished Mr Robin's worm pantry.
Methinks that I will have to make a hanging feeder held by a very thin wire for the robin's so that squirry cannot get to it.
I will keep you updated on progress!

Hope you have enjoyed some fun here in the story and thank you for visiting a post by papilloncharity@papilloncharity
