To stir your interest, I have three sets of birds in flight in this post today.
That familiar feeling of freedom in flight is so present in all of us whenever we see birds in flight and today that freedom feeling is so enhanced, as the weekend is knocking on our doors.
So, without further ado, come and take your pick.
The first set of 3 photos is of a flying Hadeda Ibis (Bostrychia hagedash), (first photo included).
The next 3 photos are of a couple of flying Egyptian Geese (Alopochen aegyptiaca)

Everybody, everywhere seeks happiness, it’s true,
But finding it and keeping it seem difficult to do.
Difficult because we think that happiness is found
Only in the places where wealth and fame abound.
And so we go on searching in palaces of pleasure
Seeking recognition and monetary treasure,
Unaware that happiness is just a state of mind
Within the reach of everyone who takes time to be kind.
For in making others happy we will be happy, too.
For the happiness you give away returns to shine on you.
So whenever I say a Happy Friday to all, the poem above explains what I meant, as we all can indeed find happiness inside ourselves. It is only a choice.
