Water is the most crucial thing to any human being... We can survive longer food than without water, this shows how important water drinking is to our lives everyday. We lose water from our body everyday via different means like sweating, peeing and spitting therefore we have to replace the water we have lost because the importance of water is so much. Importance of water includes regulating body temperature, aiding of digestion, help in remove waste from the body, help us from getting dehydrated and other things.
Dehydration is not good for the body and nothing can to used to replace water for long. Signs of dehydration includes dizziness, fast breathing, rapid heart beat, dry skin, lack of energy, not peeing or having a yellow urine, water not coming out when crying, sticky mouth and at extreme dehydration the person might even faint.
