These are so tasty!!!
We usually have a sourdough starter around here, which leads to lots of tasty loafs and other edibles. This morning, Mama-Pepper decided to bless us with some sourdough pancakes. We like to allow them to rise a bit, so they are thicker, almost like English muffins. We enjoyed them with some hard-boiled eggs and homemade Redbud jelly. It was a blessed breakfast for sure, and the sourdough pancakes tasted amazing! Enjoy the photos!
