I've been keeping an eye on the lake lately, waiting for the carp to really start spawning. It looks like things have warmed up enough to kick them into gear, and I was finally able to harvest a good pile of them. In total, I was able to bring home seven, which may not seem like a lot, but they are rather large fish. We hope to can them to store them for later, and are planning on doing a video about the process. I did get some nice footage from the lake tonight, so I look forward to sharing it.
