Beekeeping is different than bee-losing. Thankfully, when bees swarm around here, Red-Pepper (along with a few others) are diligent to capture the swarms. That helps us not only keep bees, but expand our hives. In these photos there is a freshly caught swarm enjoying a new home, and a bee in the hand, because Red-Pepper is as brave as she is gentle.
