Pear pudding:
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 large pears
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 4 eggs
• 20 Cakes
• 50grs of raisins
• Cognac
• Sugar
PREPARATION
Dissolve the condensed milk in 200cc of water and mix it with the beaten eggs. Peel the pears and cut them into thick slices. Add the cognac and macerate for 15 minutes. Drain. Caramelize an elongated mold with sugar and fill with alternate raisins of pear slices, biscuits and raisins. Pour over the mixture of milk and eggs. Press so that the cakes are impregnated with the liquid. Cook in the oven, in the bain-marie, until the pudding is set. Unmold it when it's cold
