I will show you the recipe of simple pototo cabbage Vegitable by step by step.
Ingredients
• 4-5 Potato
• 1 cabbage
• 4 spoon oil
• salt
• some spices : red chilli,turmeric,coriander powder and cumin
• Coriander leaves
• Special homemade spices
• water
Preparation
First of all you have to cut the potato and cabbage, after that wash it well. Then it has to be kept separately in 1 plate.
Then you have to take a skillet and put oil in it and heat it. After 5 minutes when the oil gets hot, then add cumin seeds.
After that you have to add cabbage and then spoon it for about 2 minutes.
Then you have to add potatoes in it and after that add all the spices. Then run it for a while.
After that add 2 glasses of water in it, put salt in it and cover it again. Add green coriander to it after about 15 minutes.
