Was so nice to do a dish prepared and started by my housemate, Chris.
Chris had prepared a dish with cauliflower, broccoli, ham and cheese - all favourites of mine.
This was so appealing to me
Almost didn't get the finished dish
Then she had a packet of instant noodles with cheese and broccoli which she asked me to prepare and add to the base. I did this and grated some cheese on top and then baked in the oven.
I almost forgot to photograph the final dish when it came out the oven. We had already dished up and eaten most of it - but I managed to get what was left.
