! Hello friends of Hive and athletes of our platform Street Workout Community (SWC), Today I share with you a little bit of what my adventure was like with my fortis partners at UNEFA❤️.
About two weeks before my bro
which asked me,
We went and arrived at UNEFA quite early and even had time to take a couple of pictures for ourselves😅
Afterwards we went to give the talk and the exhibition, we did a circle with all the young people to warm up, and give a brief explanation of what calisthenics is and its origin. Afterwards we started with the exhibition doing: Elvo, handstand, stradel, push-up variations, front level.
It was a very nice activity, to promote this sport to people who do not know this discipline, but want to exercise but do not have the means to pay a gym, and promote a healthy lifestyle, without investing so much money, and you can get great results.
I hope to do more activities of this style and promote this discipline throughout Zulia, because I know and I'm sure we will grow as comunidad❤️
-The only thing missing is for people to become educated, and we will stop being seen as the crazy ones of the bars.
