Bienvenidos.

The meetup of my dreams...! One of the reasons, that many times, keep us awake and focused, in the different areas, in which we develop and also, for which, we are in constant growth and personal development, is to fulfill our dreams. I regret a lot when I see people who give up their dreams for different reasons (constant failures, not feeling worthy, etc.). I think it is very important to keep our dreams alive and not give up at the first obstacle or failure that we get; I believe that these obstacles are part of the process that you will have to go through to make your dreams come true. I also believe that many times, and I speak in the first person, we do not even know what we want and that is where we must focus first, that is, through self-knowledge, define what the fuck we want for our lives, define what our true dreams are. Many times or almost always, we dream what social networks tell us (cars, trips, houses, etc.) or perhaps, our family and social environment (uncle, neighbor, friends, etc.). First, let's define our dreams. Thanks to the @buzzparty community, for allowing us to dream and to @numa26, for inviting me to participate. Welcome.
Me presento:

I introduce myself: I'm Marcelo Benitez, I'm Argentinean and I currently reside in Ezeiza, in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am a content creator of the beautiful Hive ecosystem, since a little over a year ago and since the first day I joined, I fell in love with the ecosystem and the philosophy of Hive. I have ventured, like many, in several communities, but my growth and where I uploaded more content were in @espavlog, @fulldeportes and currently, we are creating the community of @hiveargentina. In the first one (@espavlog), I have an interview section, which I call "Beyond Hive", where I try to know the stories of content creators, beyond what we normally do as content creators. I think we all have a story, which can be an inspiration for others and it is necessary to make it known. You don't need to have a high reputation, high HP or a lot of followers, just being is enough.

In the [Full Deportes](https://peakd.com/c/hive-189157/created) community, as a lover of sports in general and running and cycling in particular, I started uploading related content and as time went by, I ran into its founder [@fermionico](https://peakd.com/@fermionico/posts) (coincidentally, in an interview for Beyond Hive) and we created a connection of mutual admiration and respect. Marco [@fermionico](https://peakd.com/@fermionico/posts), invites me to join, in the moderation of the @fulldeportes community, where almost without hesitation I accepted. The community has (and I could check it) a profile of excellence and it coincided with what I look for in my creations and in my way of life. I do not always succeed, but I knew that in this community, I would learn a lot about the philosophy of #hive and so it was. Also, thanks to Marco's influence and/or suggestion, I became a moderator in the project [@la-colmena](https://peakd.com/c/hive-133194/created), led by the witness [@ylich](https://peakd.com/@ylich/posts), in which we work all day long, helping content creators, which allows us to grow in quality and also as a community. One of the many lessons I received from Marco and other community leaders, is that we must be at the service of others, to make a community grow in quality. Because when the community grows, we all grow and I believe that this should be the goal.

Adding all these events, I started to shape the Hive Argentina community and thank God, we already have more than a month working and with a valid initiative. I want to clarify that the moderators of this nascent community (@mamaemigrante, @numa26, @lauramica, @cre47iv3, @pablo1601 and @palabras1), we do not consider ourselves owners of the community at all. As I learned from Marco, when he referred to Full Deportes, Hive Argentina belongs to all committed content creators who want to make life in it and it should be our return to Hive, for all that it has given us and will continue to give us. The content creators, who today are in the moderation of [HiveArgentina](https://peakd.com/c/hive-161447/created), will not be here forever and we must leave a legacy of excellence and commitment to those who want to take the helm of it. Hive Argentina must be above individualities!
驴D贸nde?
! [English]
The above is to let you know that I am committed to the Hive ecosystem and I fervently believe in its projection for the future. I am also aware that alone, we will not get anywhere and that we must add content creators committed to the cause. Developers, crypto enthusiasts and an endless number of creators that we know exist in Argentina and will be the nexus to establish the exponential growth of the Hive Argentina community. # Where? My dream is to do it in a place where most of the creators can attend, because Argentina is a very large territory, it is a little complicated, but we must find a point of coincidence. Particularly, I would like to do it in the province of Mendoza, where some hivers reside, such as @belug, @bananasfallers and @cryptoalvirin. I choose this province, because it has many natural beauties (like all the Argentine territory) and because, sincerely, I would like to know. I leave you [this](https://mendoza.tur.ar/) page, where you will find more information about the province of Mendoza in Argentina.
驴Actividades?
! [English]
Activities? We could do many activities, and being a sports lover, I would like to make excursions with all the hivers, touring the places, where they tell us the process of wine (classic of the province) and we can taste it, accompanied with the classic Argentinean barbecue. I would like it to be, like a hivers convention and that we can rent an event room for many people and that several of the highly reputable and experienced Hive representatives can attend and also related guests, about blockchain and web 3.
隆Me gustar铆a conocer!.
聽聽聽聽聽 Particularmente, me gustar铆a verlo en tarima, a Marco

I would like to meet. Particularly, I would like to see him on stage, Marco @fermionico, that although I already met him personally, I would like him to have the opportunity to share all his experience in the Hive ecosystem and also @eddiespino, for being a transparent, servile, simple person who is always inviting us to dream and do things well; Also, because I think he deserves a nice vacation and what better than Argentina for that. Also, I would like to meet, in person, Elizabeth from (@elizabeths14), because I consider it very important, for the Hive ecosystem. Her work, behind the curtains, is immense and not to mention for the @aliento project. Beyond all her functions, she is an exemplary mother and wife and I think she also deserves to travel, to tell all her experience in the Hive ecosystem. I would also like to see on stage the leader of @la-colmena @ylich, because I consider him a fundamental part of the quality of the creations that characterizes Hive.
