As we are about to say goodbye to winter in Argentina, I go out for my daily jogs and suddenly, I come across the inhabitants of our urbanized cities. I noticed it, because it was protecting its nest, which by the way was very close to the highway, and the place was marked. Surely another passerby, who loves animals, put it there, so that no one would accidentally step on it.
I approached to take pictures, and she and her group of friends were attacking me and/or defending their nest. I was able to capture it on video, which I can't share here for now. I was only able to capture a photograph of one of them from a distance.
I sincerely believe that we are constantly surrounded by these species, and many times they go unnoticed. We should live with more awareness and be more observant, so that we can help them in case they need it.
I would love to know what these animals are called in your country.
We will read each other.
Best regards.
Saludos.
