Riftwing [eng/pt] (Splinterlands Art contest)

Almost late for the Splinterlands Art contest! 😅
It's been a busy week, a thousand things, personal, professional, health exams...
But we always find some time for our favorite art contest in the Hive ecosystem... 🫶

If this is your first time here: I have a pack of six AI image generator assistants and, since I don't have the artistic talents for drawing, I use these AIs to generate versions of the chosen card based on their own identification of the visual elements from the unit's original image.

This week's star is Riftwing:

I'm a big fan of this card! I can imagine an army of Riftwings attacking opponents, feeding on their energy and growing...
I combo it a lot with Skok Duskblight, who trains the little guy with two points of magic damage: a blast! I even bought a level 5 one while preparing this post. It gains Backfire (two physical damage if the attacker misses), something very easy to activate, depending on the match.

As usual, I dragged the image of the card lore to the AdaptaOne chat, and asked it to describe what it identified in the image:

I found the description perfect, I didn't even try to adjust it, as I usually do.
Now let's see how artificial intelligences handle the generated description...

GPT Image

GPT Image has been my preference for image generation and, once again, it did really well.
Very similar to the original image, but in a realistic tone, all elements present, including the emanations from the eyes, which, as you will see, other AIs couldn't draw. I found it a bit too dark, but it dialogues well with the original image and the generated description.
I could stop here, but, as usual, I went through each of the image-generating AIs available in my pack.

Stable Diffusion

The "class clown" even generated a good image, but leaned more towards the dragon side, forgetting the main constitution, which is that of a bat.
It turned out to be an interesting mix, it's true, but far from our Riftwing...

Dalle 3

Dalle 3 also went down the dragon path, and cast radiant lights around the being. Another interesting image, but very far from the original.

Flux Pro

An interesting image, more stylized, leaning towards cartoon. It didn't capture the eye emanations, instead putting an energetic topknot like others did, but still, I found it well-constructed. This image was worth a skin.

Imagen 3

Imagen 3 forgot the draconian references of Riftwing and stuck to the idea of a bat, placing the emanations from the eyes. I expected better performance from Google's AI, I confess my disappointment here.

Recraft

The "professional image generator" had one of its best performances here in the competitions among AI assistants so far; the only thing missing was the emanations coming from the eyes and not from the top of the creature's head. I don't know where these AIs got that style from...

Which image did you like the most? I'll stick with the first one from GPT Image.

Se é a sua primeira aparição por aqui: Tenho um pacote com seis assistentes de inteligência artificial geradores de imagem e, como não possuo os dotes artísticos do desenho, exploro essas IA para gerarem versões da carta escolhida a partir da própria identificação dos elementos visuais que ela faz da imagem original da unidade.

A estrela da semana é Riftwing:

Sou muito fã dessa carta! Fico imaginando um exército de Riftwings atacando os adversários, se alimentando de suas energias e crescendo...
Combo muito ela com Skok Duskblight, que traina o bichinho com dois pontos de dano mágico: um arraso! Até comprei uma nível 5 enquanto preparava esse post. Ela ganha Backfire (dois de dano físico se o atacante errar), algo muito fácil de ativar, dependendo da partida.

Como de costume, arrastei a imagem da lore da carta para o chat do AdaptaOne, e pedi que ele descrevesse o que identificava na imagem:

GPT Image

GTP Image tem sido a minha preferência pra geração de imagens e, mais uma vez, ela mandou bem demais.
Muito semelhante à imagem original, mas num tom realista, todos os elementos presentes, inclusive as emanações dos olhos, as quais, vocês verão, outras IA não souberam desenhar. Achei um pouco escuro demais, mas dialoga bem com a imagem original e com a descrição gerada.
Eu podia parar por aqui, mas, como de costume, passei por cada uma das IA geradoras de imagem disponíveis no meu pacote.

Stable Diffusion

O "pateta da turma" até gerou uma boa imagem, mas** puxou mais pro lado do dragão**, esquecendo da constituição principal, que é de morcego.
Ficou uma mistura interessante, é verdade, mas distante do nosso Riftwing...

Dalle 3

Dalle 3 também enveredou pro lado do dragão, e lançou luzes radiantes ao redor do ser. Outra imagem interessante, mas muito distante da original.

Flux Pro

Uma imagem interessante, mais estilizada, puxada pro cartoon. Não pegou as emanações dos olhos, jogou prum topete energético como outras também fizeram mas, ainda assim, achei bem construída. Valia uma skin, essa imagem.

Imagen 3 esqueceu das referências draconianas de Riftwing e se apegou a ideia do morcego, colocando as emanações dos olhos. Eu esperava um desempenho melhor da IA da Google, confesso aqui minha decepção.

Recraft

O "gerador de imagens profissionais" teve um dos melhores desempenhos seus aqui nas competições entre as assistentes de IA, só faltou as emanações virem dos olhos e não do topo da cabeça do bicho. Não sei de onde essas IA tiraram esse estilo...

Qual a imagem mais lhe agradou? Eu fico com a primeira do GPT Image.
