There, I was immediately warmly welcomed by @hivewatcher. Long story short, @hivewatcher provided steps for filing an appeal. I immediately followed those steps. I had to create a post within 7 days with the payment rejection. Thank God, I completed my appeal requirements within 7 days. The original post contained the payment rejection.
