I use a list for bullet points from Psycom to talk about 5 different things to not say to someone suffering from a mental illness, things that are more hurtful than helpful whether it's intentionally that way or not. People don't realize they say things often that are detrimental to someone with a mental illness, often treating a mental illness like it's less than worth of attention than someone with a physical disability.
