my bike Cross-country style 29'' 100mm fork
Another cycling day this time a little bit shorter. But tomorrow will catch up. Today I want to share with you some information about :
The first one is my style of riding which I like it a lot because I can combine with my other hobby photography and it is :
Such a riding expect climbing and cycling on long distance in any kind of normal terrain dirt roads, little rocks and roots in the wood. You can enjoy an epic ride, most preferred by big companies and not so technical people. The bike should be comfortable and light. Many people prefer full suspension for much comfort and use the next category bikes in this riding style.
This style emphasizes on the technical downhill, uphill, rolling cross-country. Most bikes in that category have fork from 120 to 150 mm. The bike geometry is more about comfort over the performance. Most of the trail bikes are a full suspension.
These bikes go everywhere. Technical terrains, downhill, climbing not much for long rolling. This is a very aggressive style big forks and back suspensions, very light and orient to performance than the comfort. This kind of bike I want to buy in the future when I become more skilled in biking :)
Definitely, this is for young people brave and skillful. Such bikes are with huge forks - 200 mm and above. Downhill bikes are full suspension and are heavier than the other ones. Tis is the most brutal syle in mountin biking. But also most spectacular. See last year Rampage that was an awesome show.
