I have a feeling that the thing with having a second home for speculating was somehow "too easy" recently... I've seen it a lot here in Spain... If you have money, you don't start the business; you buy real estate, rent it, and when the price goes up, sell and buy 2... Not sure how long that will work out for people with money, but it's like "too good to be true"... Of course, it's available for those with big pockets, but still...
And regarding risk... The poor buy, and the rich guy... As I was in the shoes of a poor guy, when you struggle, you get "superpowers", more ideas, more incentives, and somehow, more chances to succeed... But the price shouldn't be losing the roof over your head, while someone else loses "1 month's pocket money"... As the coin has two sides, where the guy with money can undermine the other without it...

I'm not a beer drinker, and I've probably already said this many times, but... You know what? I have never seen an ugly brewery or beer pub! 😃 And I was with a few of HIVE's heavy beer drinkers in some serious beer places around Europe... 😃 Some of them in Hamburg, Prague, and recently in Alicante... Love the atmosphere, and I even liked one of the beers that Godfish found for me... 😃
The most important thing is that you made your supply... If that snow falls and you can't get out of the house, you will have enough beer... for a day or two... 😃

A poetic letter that can be interpreted in many ways. As an art form, poetry has a profound effect on the viewer or reader, giving rise to thousands of possibilities. This is how art expands, and even more so in poetry, as it depends on the silent, unspoken and hidden experiences of both the writer and the reader. A letter written to oneself, to another, to everyone. A letter whose words can silently and unobtrusively reach the heart of another person who may be very close physically yet very far away mentally… but there are so many possibilities.
Your writing is impeccable, of the highest quality and of great value to readers.

Whilst reading the story, I was thinking about something my brother sometimes says to me… ‘Could it be that Father Christmas isn’t actually that good?’ And as I read the story, it seemed as though that very thought had been written right there. Children are innocent, and in their innocence they have a vivid imagination, sometimes too vivid, but that character, that demon, was just waiting to come out, and for that, I think he needed a tender, innocent thought from a little girl. This, in turn, made me think of the horror of real life, where there are psychopaths for whom a single triggering event can lead to tragedy. Reality always surpasses fiction.
I love that your stories, most of the time, if not all, are based on something, even if it’s just a small detail from your personal life, and how you take something so small and weave it into a brilliant tale.

Not only do you give an excellent rendition of this song, with its beautiful lyrics, but you’re also helping to promote a new artist, that’s brilliant. The lyrics are so lovely, so innocent and rooted in everyday life, yet connected to a deeply felt love, as if the important thing, and it is, is to follow your intuition, which is never wrong, and then see what happens next.
Whilst listening, I was reading your words and thinking: what if you made your own album with your own songs? If I can imagine it, it might become a reality. I hope that’s the case and that the same thing happens to you as it did to this artist.

Although I really don’t like spiders at all, and at one point in my life I had a full-blown phobia of them, I have to say that I agree with you that spider webs are true works of art. If you look closely, they’re fractals that repeat themselves, just like everything else in nature; the source of creation repeats itself endlessly. What’s more, the dewdrops and mist make them perfect for setting the scene in gripping tales of suspense and mystery; that’s always what I think when I see your photos with so much mist. Your work is always impeccable, and so is this composition dedicated to the art of nature.
