Mi nombre es Aleida Lucía González Arcia, tengo 60 años, soy Licenciada en Economía Política y trabajé por 15 años como profesora universitaria, después pasé a trabajar como representante de una Agencia de Viajes canadiense Achecuba Holidays promoviendo el destino turístico CUBA, trabajé por 5 años en el Municipio de trabajo y seguridad social, en las áreas de Justicia Laboral y de Formación y dedarrollo. La experiencia en el esta área me permitió ingresar el 2009 en el Instituto de Investigación de Geología y Paleontología como Capacitadora.

De cada lugar dónde trabajé tengo recuerdos muy gratos y enseñanzas importantes, amé dar clases, investigar y compartir con mis estudiantes; el trabajo en la Agencia de Viajes me permitió conocer mi país, visitar lugares turísticos e históricos importantes, mis hijos también pudieron disfrutar de esta vivencia y de conocer a personas de otros países su cultura etc, pude visitar Canadá y participar en varios Festivales multiculturales, en especial el Folklorama de Winnipeg que es una fiesta multicolor de los diferentes comunidades étnicas, trabajé en el pabellón cubano mostrando nuestra cultura, realmente fue maravilloso. Esta agencia fue un negocio familiar mi hermana y mi cuñado trabajaban en Canadá y yo en Cuba, fue muy importante para nuestra familia, pero se hizo difícil este trabajo en Cuba y tuvimos que cerrar la negociación, entonces trabajé en la Dirección de trabajo y Seguridad Social en las áreas de Justicia Laboral y Formación y Desarrollo, este trabajo me permitió tomar experiencia en el trabajo de capacitación de las empresas y pude pasar a desempeñar este puesto en el Instituto donde laboro actualmente.
From each place where I worked I have very pleasant memories and important teachings, I loved teaching, researching and sharing with my students; Working in the Travel Agency allowed me to get to know my country, visit important tourist and historical places, my children were also able to enjoy this experience and meet people from other countries, their culture, i.e. I was able to visit Canada and participate in various multicultural festivals , especially the Winnipeg Folklorama, which is a multicolored festival of the different ethnic communities. I worked in the Cuban pavilion showing our culture, it was really wonderful. This agency was a family business, my sister and brother-in-law worked in Canada and I worked in Cuba, it was very important for our family, but this job in Cuba became difficult and we had to close the deal, so I worked at the Labor and Security Department Social in the areas of Labor Justice and Training and Development, this work allowed me to gain experience in the training work of companies and I was able to go on to carry out this position in the Institute where I currently work.
El Instituto de Geología y Paleontología (IGP) es un centro de investigación y también es el Servicio Geológico de Cuba, trabajo ahí desde el 2009 es relativamente cerca de mi casa y me permitió estar bien cerca de mi madre cuando comenzó a necesitar de asistencia. Mi trabajo aquí me gusta mucho, ya que apoyo al desarrollo profesional de los trabajadores en especial a los graduados de nuevo ingreso en el centro con su adiestramiento, la superación es tanto interna como externa, debemos ver los lugares en Cuba o en el extranjero en que se puedan realizar capacitaciones que permitan obtener grados científicos y realizar proyectos de investigación importantes para la geología del país.
The Institute of Geology and Paleontology (IGP) is a research center and it is also the Geological Service of Cuba. I have been working there since 2009. It is relatively close to my house and it allowed me to be very close to my mother when she began to need assistance. I really like my work here, since I support the professional development of workers, especially new graduates at the center with their training, improvement is both internal and external, we must see the places in Cuba or abroad where Training can be carried out that allows obtaining scientific degrees and carrying out important research projects for the geology of the country.
Desde el punto de vista personal puedo decirles que nací en una familia sencilla, tengo una hermana menor, mis padres nos criaron con mucho amor, su sueño fue que ambas nos graduáramos en la universidad pues ellos no pudieron estudiar, tuvieron desde pequeños que trabajar muy duro, en particular mi mamá que fue huérfana de madre con solo 4 años y a los 14 su padre falleció también.
From a personal point of view, I can tell you that I was born in a simple family, I have a younger sister, my parents raised us with a lot of love, their dream was that we would both graduate from university because they could not study, they had to work very hard since they were little. hard, especially my mother who lost her mother when she was only 4 years old and at 14 her father died too.
Contraje matrimonio con mi novio de toda la vida a la edad de 24 años, a los dos años de casados tuvimos una niña preciosa, cuando ella tenía 6 años tuvimos nuestro varón que nació en pleno período especial en Cuba (mazo de 1994) año de serias dificultades económicas problemas con la alimentación con el transporte, interminables horas sin electricidad, para sumar más tensiones en ese mismo año en el mes de agosto, fallece el padre de mis niños de un accidente de bicicletas, mi pequeña no aceptaba la pérdida de su padre...época difícil esa, sin el apoyo de mi familia y mis amistades creo no hubiera podido resistir tanto dolor.
I married my lifelong boyfriend at the age of 24, after two years of marriage we had a beautiful girl, when she was 6 years old we had our son, who was born in the middle of the special period in Cuba (March 1994). year of serious economic difficulties, problems with food, with transportation, endless hours without electricity, to add more tensions l in that same year in the month of August, the father of my children died of a bicycle accident, my little girl did not accept the loss of her father... that was a difficult time, without the support of my family and my friends I think I would not have been able to resist so much pain.
En el 2000 comienzo una relación amorosa que aún perdura ha sido mi compañero en la crianza de mis hijos, en el cuidado de mis padres, formamos una familia fuerte y unida su hija se integró a nuestra alianza, así que tenemos 3 hijos. Mi hermana tuvo dos hijos una hembra y un varón, a los que amo como si fuesen míos.
In 2000 I started a loving relationship that still lasts, has been my partner in raising my children, in the care of my parents, we formed a strong and united family, his daughter joined our alliance, so we have 3 children. My sister had two children, one female and one male, whom I love as if they were my own.
En estos momentos mi vida ha sufrido cambios drásticos, ya que perdí físicamente en el 2021 con la edad de 92 años a mi madre, mi hijo menor emprendió la travesía por Nicaragua hacia Estados Unidos para reunirse con su hermana a quien no abrazó desde hace 5 años, me perdí su embarazo, el nacimiento de mi nieto quien cumplió ya sus 3 años y no he podido cargarlo ni estrecharlo entre mis brazos, lo he disfrutado por las redes sociales, las que han permitido a pesar de la distancia mantener con mis hijos una relación muy estrecha y linda, de la cual estoy muy orgullosa, pero mi nido esta vacío y añoro tenerlos cerca, la hija de mi esposo tiene tres pequeños que nos llenan de mucho cariño, pero que viven lejos y lo vemos cuando tienen vacaciones, ya que la situación del transporte en estos momentos impiden una mayor frecuencia, así que también utilizamos WhatsApp para relacionarnos.

Justo ahora estoy tramitando mi jubilación y aunque deseo recontratarme, es una etapa en la vida q en que necesitamos hacer cosas q nos plazca pero también aprender sentirnos útiles, espero hive me ayude a conseguir este objetivo y lograr estabilidad emocional.
