Here I am in this picture, gazing out at the endless horizon of the sea. There’s something so calming about the ocean, the way it stretches out forever. It makes me feel connected to something bigger, something peaceful. And, I have to say, I’m pretty proud of how my back is looking these days—definitely getting more toned! It’s moments like these that make all the effort worth it. A little time by the sea, and I feel ready to take on anything.
