Good day community

The morning appeared clear, the skies completely clear and a late February sun that was already beginning to warm the atmosphere in the city of Cáceres, in Spain. I set out to capture some photographic images and I knew that in the center of the town, in its monumental area, the main square, there was a great exhibition of replicas of Leonardo Da Vinci artifacts. When I saw that display of pieces and devices, I stayed for a long time observing all the details, soaking myself up and reading all the information they provided and also remembering the many times I have thought that Leonardo was not only a genius ahead of his time but also He had in his DNA a personal brand, transferred and transferable and unique that made his designs and art have a very special connotation. Centuries go by but Leonardo continues to surprise and many mysteries continue to appear around his works.

His most outstanding works and ingenuity were represented and summarized in this great exhibition, the interpretation center being one of the most interesting places where videos and explanations of many of his works were seen. I began to go through those pieces and they did not stop surprising me to see them so close and at the same time that they were devised in remote times. The blades of a ship that moved by physics and the ingenuity of technology was the first to arouse my curiosity. For me it is most emblematic are those wonderful wings which I show in the first image of this publication. When I was editing, the reflection and thoughts of some people came to my mind who, like the Story of Icarus and his wax wings, wanted to reach higher and higher heaven and the king sun melted those wings, bringing down his crazy efforts, blessed humanity. I tried to take some meaningful pictures of these artifacts by keeping a few for my collection.

The key and most popular piece of his is the so-called "Vitruvian Man", a complete study of geometry and physics on the characteristics of the size and positioning of the human body. When I was taking the photos, an exhibition guide commented that one of the things Leonardo said was that the size of three ears corresponds to the size of people's faces, this surprised me, I had never heard of it before. Then he continued with the explanation of the human body according to Da Vinci and his geometry. Delighted by those comments and the possibility of taking many photos, it was an intense morning that I want to share with you, I hope you like these images friends, greetings.

Exposición de Leonardo Da Vinci en Cáceres

La mañana aparecía clara, los cielos completamente despejados y un sol de finales de febrero que ya empezaba a calentar el ambiente en la ciudad de Cáceres, en España. Me dispuse a capturar algunas imágenes fotográficas y sabia que en el centro de la villa, en su zona monumental, plaza mayor había una genial exposición de replicas de artefactos de Leonardo Da Vinci. Cuando vi aquel despliegue de piezas e ingenios me quede un muy buen rato observando todos los detalles, empapándome y leyendo toda la información que proporcionaban y además recordando las muchas veces que he pensado que Leonardo no era solo un genio adelantado de su época sino que además poseía en su ADN una marca personal , trasferida y trasferible y única que hacía que sus diseños y arte tuvieran una connotación muy especial. Pasan los siglos pero Leonardo sigue sorprendiendo y sigue apareciendo muchos misterios entorno a sus obras.
Sus trabajos más destacados e ingenios estaban representados y resumidos en esta gran exposición siendo el centro de interpretación uno de los lugares más interesantes donde se veían videos y explicaciones de muchas de sus obras. Empecé a recorrer aquellas piezas y no dejaban de sorprenderme verlas tan cercanas y a la vez que fueran ideadas en tiempo remotos. Las palas de un barco que se movían por la física y el ingenio de la tecnología fue el primero en despertar mi curiosidad, Para mí es más emblemático son esas maravillosas alas las cuales muestro en la primera imagen de eta publicación. Cuando estaba editando me venía la reflexión y el pensamiento de algunas personas que, como la Historia de Icaro y sus alas de cera, quiso alcanzar el cielo más y más alto y el astro rey derritió esas alas abatiendo su loco empeño, bendita humanidad. Trate de tomar algunas imágenes significativas de estos artefactos guardando algunas para mi colección.

Su pieza clave y más popular es el llamado “Hombre de Vitruvio”, un estudio completo de geometría y física sobre las características del tamaño y posicionamiento de el cuerpo humano. Cuando estaba haciendo las fotos un guía de la exposición comento que una de las cosas que Leonardo decía es que el tamaño de tres orejas corresponde a el tamaño de la cara de las personas, esto me sorprendió, no lo había escuchado nunca. Después siguió con la explicación del cuerpo humano según Da Vinci y su geometría. Deleitado por aquellos comentarios y la posibilidad de hacer muchas fotos fue una intensa mañana que quiero compartiros, espero os gusten estas imágenes amigos, saludos.
