Good day community
Days at the end of February that announce important changes in this area of southern Europe are reflected in this series of images that I want to show you today. The winter season is coming to an end and already a clear dominance of the highest temperatures. A few days that are drawn in the light much longer and a lazy sunset full of warm colors, oranges, yellows and reds invite you to go out into nature. In this encounter with this moment of change, many of those indications can be observed that break with the old season to bring us another cycle, spring. Buds on the branches of the trees, flowers that are beginning to emerge, intense greens that announce the clear change and migratory birds that make their appearance in this natural setting.
This photographic series brings that encounter clearly leaving behind the cold and white winter. On the way through these natural landscapes I can only sit on a stone or log and meditate, rest and recreate myself with the beautiful vision of a change that occurs cyclically and that is part of a circle of life. Some very strong and resistant plant species have been storing water in their fleshy leaves to now have a deposit with which to supply themselves in this climate change to milder temperatures and towards heat, in the case of cactus.

Días de finales del mes de febrero que anuncian cambios importantes en esta zona del sur de Europa se reflejan en esta serie de imágenes que hoy quiero mostrarles. La estación invernal está llegando a su fin y ya un claro dominio de las temperaturas más elevadas. Unos días que se dibujan en la luz mucho más largos y un perezoso atardecer lleno de colores cálidos, naranjas, amarillos y rojos invitan a las salidas a la naturaleza. En este encuentro con este momento de cambio se pueden observar muchos de esos indicios que rompen con la antigua estación para traernos otro ciclo más, la primavera. Brotes en las ramas de los árboles, flores que empiezan a despuntar, verdes intensos que anuncian el claro cambio y aves migratorias que hacen su aparición en este escenario natural.
Esta serie fotográfica trae ese encuentro de manera clara dejando atrás el frio y blanco invierno. De camino por estos paisajes naturales no puedo más que sentarme en alguna piedra o tronco y meditar, descansar y recrearme con la hermosa visión de un cambio que se produce cíclicamente y que es parte de un círculo de vida. Algunas especies vegetales muy fuertes y resistentes han estado almacenando agua en sus carnosas hojas para ahora tener un deposito con el que suministrarse en este cambio climático a temperaturas más suaves y hacia el calor, es caso de los cactus.
