Hello everyone, some time ago in a post about another anime I mentioned that this one had initially caught my attention because of the similarity in name to an older anime that I really enjoyed and that made me laugh a few times. The thing is, a few days ago, while organizing a small list, this one came up and I couldn't help but watch a few episodes and remember why I liked it back then, so today I'll share a little bit about "Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo".
Hola a todos, hace algún tiempo en una publicación sobre otro anime hacía la mención de que ese me había llamado la atención en un inicio por la similitud en el nombre con otro que era más antiguo y que me gustó mucho y me sacó una que otra risa. La cosa es que hace unos días, ordenando una pequeña lista, salió este y no pude evitar ver algunos capítulos y recordar por qué me gustó en su época, por lo que hoy les compartiré un poco sobre "Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo".
Created by Miki Yoshikawa, it began its weekly manga serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 2012 to 2017. A Japanese drama series aired on Fuji TV in 2013, and an anime adaptation followed in 2015, consisting of 12 episodes and two OVAs, produced by Liden Films. The story follows Ryū Yamada, a second-year high school student and the typical troublemaker and chaotic character everyone thinks is beyond help. However, one day he bumps into the school's brightest girl, Shiraishi Urara, on the stairs, causing them to switch bodies. They must then investigate the reason for this, leading them to the Supernatural Studies Club and the mystery known as the Seven Witches of the school.
Creado por Miki Yoshikawa, comenzó su publicación en formato manga de manera semanal a través de la editorial Kōdansha en la revista Shūkan Shōnen Magazine desde el año 2012 hasta 2017. Esta obra tuvo una versión de serie de drama japonés en el canal japonés FujiTV en 2013, y finalmente pasó a la adaptación al anime en el año 2015 con un total de 12 episodios mas dos ovas , producidos por el estudio Liden Films. Nos trasladamos a la trama con Ryū Yamada, el cual es un estudiante de segundo año de secundaria, siendo este el típico personaje problemático y caótico que todos piensan no tener remedio; sin embargo, un día choca en las escaleras con la chica más brillante del instituto, Shiraishi Urara, generando que ambos cambien de cuerpo, por lo que tendrán que buscar el motivo de esto, dando así con el club de estudios sobrenaturales y con esto el misterio conocido como las siete brujas del instituto.
This romantic comedy is one of those that, back in the day, played with random clichés that were guaranteed to get laughs, and, as was typical of the era, it wasn't overly reliant on certain elements. Likewise, this typical interaction between characters with distinct personalities makes the plot even better, especially with the classic fusion of magical elements and the adventures and situations the protagonist must face to unravel the mystery, since he plays a rather curious role. It's sometimes a typical mix, but effective in this genre, especially with all the adventure that unfolds as we get to know the other witches involved in this mystery, as well as the villain and his offspring.
Esta comedia romántica es de esas que en su tiempo jugaban con los clichés randoms que sí o sí hacían reír por lo divertido y, como era característico de estos tiempos, no tenían ciertas limitaciones con algunos puntos. Así mismo, esta típica interacción con personajes que con personalidades distintas se integran hace que la trama sea aún mejor, y más con la fusión clásica de elementos mágicos y más aún con las aventuras y momentos que debe hacer el protagonista para revelar el misterio, ya que justamente este juega un papel muy curioso. A veces suele ser la mezcla típica, pero efectiva en este tipo de géneros, más aún con toda la aventura que se irá dando a medida que vamos conociendo a las demás brujas pertenecientes a este misterio, así como a su villano y descendencia.
This anime was one of those that kept me glued to the screen, watching it multiple times because it was so funny. I think it's definitely one of those must-see romantic comedies if you want to dive into that genre. Back in its day, it was one of the most highly recommended, and even though current versions of this plot follow the same structure, this one, along with other equally well-known series, was one of the early examples. Este anime fue de esos que me hacía quedar fija viendo varias veces por lo divertido y que creo que sin duda es de esos que están en esa lista implícita de comedias románticas obligatorias a ver si se quiere ir de lleno por ese rumbo, que en sus tiempos logró ser de las más recomendadas y aunque actualmente las versiones de esta trama sean con esta misma estructura, esta es de las que marcó esos inicios en conjunto con otras igualmente conocidas, así que bueno, personalmente es de mis recomendaciones para dar, por lo que sin más y esperando sea de su agrado, muchas gracias por leer este post.
