Well friends, after my neighbor dismantled the starter, I immediately began to remove the automatic solenoid and I could see that the plunger was too hard, as if it were rubbing against the walls of the hole, because this piece should enter softly when pressed by hand, and On the other hand, I noticed that this plunger looked damaged, so I presume that the internal part is also damaged, so without any doubt, the problem was in this automatic solenoid.

Replacing the Chevrolet Aveo Automatic Starter Solenoid

Yes friends, the first thing I did was remove the starter solenoid, I didn't want to disassemble the entire starter, because my friend had told me that two months ago they had done a general maintenance, but let's see the process.

In truth, it is easy to remove the automatic starter solenoid, since you only have to remove 3 tork screws and the electrical connectors, but we must be careful when removing this part, since we can break the fork, so be careful from this:

My friend bought an automatic from the brand that I show you in the images, according to what they told him that this brand was very good, in reality I don't know this brand of spare parts, but this automatic cost him 30 dollars.

Hoy quiero compartir con la comunidad un trabajo de reparación del arranque del carro de un vecino y amigo, quien me pidió su ayuda, le dije que sí, pero él mismo lo desmontara. Él vecino me cuenta, que el carro desde hace varios días tenia problemas para encender, ya que solo encendía, después de varios intentos, pero hoy en la mañana no le quiso encender.

Bueno amigos, después que mi vecino desmontó el arranque, enseguida comencé a retirar el solenoide automatico y pude constatar que el émbolo estaba demasiado duro, como si rozase con las paredes del orificio, porque esta pieza debería entrar suave al hundirlo con la mano, y por otra parte me di cuenta que este embolo se veia careado , por lo que presumo que por la parte interna también lo esta, de manera que sin ninguna duds, el problema estaba en este solenoide automatico.

Reemplazando el Solenoide Automatico del arranque de Chevrolet Aveo

Si amigos, lo primero que hice fue retirar el Solenoide del arranque, no quise desarmar todo el arranque, porque mi amigo me habia dicho que hace dos meses le habian hecho un mentenimiento general, pero veamos el proceso.

Retirando el Solenoide automatico del arranque

En verdad, es fácil retirar el Solenoide automatico del arranque, ya que solo hay que retirar 3 tornillos tipo tork y los conectores electricos, pero debemos tener cuidado al retirar esta pieza, ya que podemos partir la horquilla, así que, hay que estan pendiente de esto:

Miren el émbolo, se ve corroido o careado, creo que por dentro está igual:

Colocando el Automatico nuevo

Mi amigo compró un automatico de la marca que les muestro en las imagenes, según le dijeron que esa marca era muy buena, en realidad no conozco esta marca de repuestos, pero este automatico le costo 30 dolares.

Marca del Automatico:

• Lo primero que haré será insertar el pin del émbolo en la horquilla del arranque:

• Ahora voy a colocar los tres tornillos tork que sujetan el Selenoide, con la tapa:

• Lo siguiente será, instalar los conectores electricos:

El arranque quedó listo para montarlo en el carro:

Bueno amigos, después de colocar el nuevo Solenoide automatico, mi amigo vovió a instalar el arranque en su carro y encendió muy bien, de manera que el problema estaba en el solenoide automatico.
