I'm so sorry we stopped drawing Pinky and Spiky with @laputis abruptly in 2022. Good to be back. We didn't want to stop but life got in the way... At first the full-scale brutal war in Ukraine in 2022 stopped us. We couldn't think about anything else at that time. We started creating music for our YouTube channels based on Ukrainian folk songs just to support our friends in Ukraine and spread the word about the terrible pain they were enduring fighting for their right to live. Then other organ-related activities kept us busy.
But Pinky and Spiky were never really gone - they were only asleep. We would occasionally draw a good morning greeting on the wall calendar page.
Or we could draw them as a greeting card for our birthdays:
Or when we would miss each other:
And then occasionally we would glance at Hive and see that people still remember Pinky and Spiky, @allyson19 would still run a contest. Basically Pinky and Spiky escaped and started living their own lives which made us really nostalgic about the old days on Hive.
And then I thought what if...
What if it's time for Pinky and Spiky and their imaginary friends do their silly things again?
